Our Environmental Commitment
Obligations such as RoHS (EEE) and WEEE remain in force in many countries to address environmental and health impacts of heavy metals and hazardous substances (e.g. Cd, Pb, Hg) in e-waste, and to ensure waste recycling. Media waste we destroy is sent to an environmentally licensed processing facility. A recycling certificate is issued within the framework of WEEE obligations.

KVKK Regulation Article 11
The data controller that has prepared a personal data retention and destruction policy shall delete, destroy or anonymise personal data in the first periodic destruction process following the date on which the obligation to delete, destroy or anonymise personal data arises.
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Regulation, the Authority has set the periodic destruction period at 6 months. Accordingly, periodic destruction must be carried out in June and December of each year.
